Frequently asked questions about credit cards

How do I access our Ministry Credit Card statement?

At the beginning of each month, an email reminder will be sent to the email address listed on your membership file.

To view or print your monthly statement, log in to the entity's online banking account, select Online Services, and then choose E-Statements.
How do I make a Ministry Credit Card payment?

Your monthly payment is due by the 25th of each month.

You can make a one-time or recurring payment by logging in to the entity's online banking account and selecting the appropriate option under the Transfers tab.

Other payment options include:

  • Using your financial institution's online bill pay service

  • Authorizing LutheranFCU to set up monthly payments for you by completing the Automated Credit Card Payment Authorization form
